Refund policy

Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged from breakage (i.e. bottle breakage), severely damaged or unrecognized labels, or if you received the wrong item.


Return Policy
We will happily replace items damaged in shipment as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item(s) and the damage can be confirmed. Confirmation of damage from shipment will require photos of the shipping box/carton, photos of bottle breakage, copy of receipt, and PO number accompanying the email notification.
